BETHEL WOODS CENTER FOR THE ARTS

Position: Graphic Designer

Timeline: June 2021 - January 2022

Securing a position at Bethel Woods was a dream come true for me and the perfect way to start of my professional journey. I got to see the inner workings of a fast-paced marketing team while improving how i prioritize and organize projects. I mastered the art of designing everything from large-scale prints and posters to social media content, all while staying true to the iconic Bethel Woods brand. Working along side a talented team at a legendary venue not only leveled up my design but fueled my passion for the craft even further. Check out some of that work below.

THE BIG SIP

Festival Branding

The Vibe: A clean, inviting signage redesign for The Big Sip 2021 at Bethel Woods. This was my first large-scale redesign project, and it taught me how to manage a serious list of deliverables under a deadline.

The Scope: The festival needed a visual overhaul that worked across the entire 800-acre campus. I had to ensure the branding felt premium but accessible to the thousands of fans attending.

Assets Created: I designed everything from VIP passes and informational entry-gate signage to food vendor banners and large side-stage graphics used to advertise the event throughout the concert season.

The Map: Navigating an 800-acre campus is tough, so I redesigned the festival legend to make sure it was functional while staying strictly on-brand.

Live Music Poster: I designed these posters for the entry gates so fans could check set times as soon as they walked in. it kept the crowd informed and gave them a reason to come back for day two.

The VIP Passes: Designed for these to be durable and easily recognizable for security, while still feeling like a cool souvenir for the fans.

Food Vendor Banners: I wanted to add a personal touch to the food vendor signage, so I hand-illustrated the pretzels and donuts in Procreate. This gave the branding a more natural, handmade look that fit the festival's atmosphere.

The Stage-side Ad: I used assets from previous years to create this large-scale digital ad. It ran on the side-stage screens all summer to keep fans informed about the festival dates and the lineup.
